Agent Solutions Price Plans

Not all of our clients have the same needs and requirements, therefore we have come up with a few different price plans we feel will meet the needs of almost anyone.

Hourly Admin

Although this is not our most popular price plan available, we do offer an hourly rate for those clients who need occasional assistance without committing to a set number of hours per month.

Retainer Admin

Using a discounted hourly rate, we offer three retainer plans to choose from depending of the scope of assistance required on a monthly basis. These plans guarantee our clients a set number of hours a month, billed once a month and payable up front.

• Tier 1 – 20 hours = 10% discount
• Tier 2 – 40 hours = 15% discount
• Tier 3 – 60 hours = 20% discount

Personalized Listing Management Packages

We work with our clients to create a personalized listing management package that will cover all marketing aspects of your listings on a per listing basis. Together we will formulate your ideal Listing Management package to meet the needs of your business and your budget.

Listing Management plans can range from $75 – $250 per listing depending on the complexity.
